What we collect
When you send a quote request, repair or support request or message, we receive the details you type in: your name, practice or company, email address, phone number, the items you selected and your message.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your request – for example to prepare a quote or arrange a repair – and to keep a record of that conversation.
Where it goes
Your request is emailed to the Dentmed team. This website does not keep a copy of submitted forms in its database. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Your quote list is kept only in your own browser until you send it.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on the Contact page. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
